Yardie Creek cuts a steep red gorge right where Yardie Creek Road ends — the only gorge on the coast holding permanent water. A small boat tour drifts up the still creek beneath the cliffs, with a guide pointing out the wildlife.

Look for black-footed rock-wallabies on the ledges, ospreys nesting on the walls, and the birdlife that the permanent water draws in.
